Kwaku Obeng Boateng, was born at Osiem in the East Akim district of Ghana. He completed His Senior High School at the Ghana Secondary School in 2007. Then in 2011, he enrolled into the National Film & Television Institute (NAFTI) in Accra.

Kwaku Co-Produced'The Burial Of Kojo' With Blitz Bazawule from 2016.'The Burial Of Kojo' is Kwaku's debut as a Film Producer.

His first award winning short produced in 2014, A pan African documentary film, One head does not take counsel, Directed by Joseph Akwasi has also screened in several festivals globally.

Kwaku is also a social entrepreneur who has organized visual story telling workshops for children and youth in both urban and rural Ghana.

Kwaku Obeng Boateng's vision is to sell Africa through images.
