Ghanaian Supermodel, Belinda Baidoo was born on the 16th of January in Accra, Ghana, daughter of Joseph Baidoo and Agnes Baako Manni. She had her secondary school education at Emit Commercial Institute in Accra, Ghana.
 
Belinda Baidoo first came on the scene after winning Top Model of Afrique in 1998 in Ghana-Accra, a program that took place at the DUBIOS Center. She then went on to sign a top New York agency Q Model Management.
 
Belinda has been seen on billboard advertisements in New York's famous Times Square along with international fashion magazine spreads & advertisements. She has been the face of major international companies such as: L'Oreal, Nike, Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Clairol, African Pride, Mizani, Victoria Secret, Donna Karen, Marc Jacbos, MAC Cosmetics, Target, Clinique, Guinness, and Motorola along with international publications such as Vogue, Essence, Cosmopolitan, just to name a few. 
 
While working internationally at a successful modeling career; Belinda established her own modeling agency in Ghana dubbed B2Models, where she continues to mentor and develop Ghana's international models of the future. With Ghana's fashion industry getting global exposure as a leader in Ghana's future economic development; Belinda took it upon herself with her many years of international exposure and expertise in fashion to add her voice and vision to the mix.
 
She is passionate about promoting Made In Ghana brands globally with her home based Boutique called Beedagel in Ghana's capital city, Accra. Beedagel is located at the haughtily emerging shopping area of Osu, where she carries a global fusion of local and international brands. Belinda also launched her Beedagel by Belinda Baidoo label to offer her international and local customers a taste of her global African style using local fabrications and silhouettes all made in Ghana, West Africa.
 
Belinda's passion to help people led to her philanthropic endeavors with the Belinda Baidoo Foundation. The Belinda Baidoo Foundation's main goal is to help people from all walks of life to achieve their dreams through grants and mentorship. As a happy go lucky person, it is of great importance to Belinda to see others happy and to offer others opportunities to achieve their dreams no matter their circumstances.
