Arterial Network requires a suitably skilled and experienced person to head the Continental secretariat of Arterial Network in Abidjan. The Secretary-General is responsible for driving the strategic vision of the Network, implementing the decisions of the Steering Committee and managing the Network on a day-to-day basis. Arterial Network is a Pan-African network of artists, arts organizations and activists engaged in capacity building, advocacy, research, cultural policy, information dissemination, workshops, conferences, publication of reports and best practice toolkits, all geared towards growing and strengthening the cultural and creative sectors in Africa, and making a contribution to democracy, human. Arterial Network has a continental secretariat based in Abidjan.
