Dkhili Lassaad was born in Tunisia in 1958. Head of a training program for young filmmakers, he collaborates on the play Grains de Grenades in 1993, and later co-directs Le Flamenco, a Thema series for the fifth channel. In 1999/2000, he edits institutional films for Anares. In 2001, he is artistic and technical director on Moustafy Smail's film Place des Lauriers and in 2002, he edits the documentary film Suisse totale by Roland Merk. His films : La Zaouia (short-2000), Douz la porte de Sahara (documentary), L'Appel du Sahara (documentary), Normal (short-2005).
