Vision
 
To help shape a positive perception by the public of people involved in the performing arts. It is also to draw attention to the fact that the performing arts is just like any other profession - and is equally capable of contributing to the socio-economic, political and cultural development Ghana and Africa as a whole. This would be achieved by empowering artistes through the acquisition of practical and theoretical skills and knowledge of the performing arts.
 
Mission Statement
 
To provide practical/theoretical training for young people who may otherwise not have opportunity for any formal training and therefore may not have the capacity to work with well established groups.
 
Provide opportunity for the youth with differing educational backgrounds as well as professionals who want to access both practical and theoretical knowledge in traditional and contemporary African dance through a systematic and professional training programme.
 
Develop new and innovative ways of creating and presenting African through a unique and exciting blend of old and new forms in the spirit of African and modern artistic and creative philosophies.
 
Conduct research into traditional and contemporary African dance and develop new forms of contemporary African dance expressions in Ghana and Africa as a whole.
 
Provide formal education of the arts at the Pre University level for talented but less privileged youth who for various reasons may not have access to such training.
 
Help empower performing artists through the creation of self employment opportunities.
