Representing a new generation of musicians, Baba TOURE conveys emotions, between France and Ivory Coast, as a nomad, he smiles to life.

Ivory Coast birth and Mandingo origin, Baba TOURE chooses the family court in the heart of Abidjan to record Daakan, destiny, and to print to his native land his music, his melodies and rhythmic mixtures.

The heat and the echo of the female tract, those that are called once in the course of ancient African kingdoms Djeli or cherries, mix with acoustic instruments between djeli n'goni and Kamel n'goni between Fulani flute and bala between guitar and percussion pervasive strong.

We discover a composer and arranger emeritus. His music is beautiful, simple and honors women, mothers, artists and Djembefola. Baba Toure chose the Malinke, his native dialect, to speak of love, hope, work and life. He lives as his music, discipline, work and solidarity are an integral part of everyday life.

A beautiful album of music that defines a space Mandingo enrichment...
