Beginning with a brief historical background on the Togolose wildlife reserves where thousands of people were living in the 1990's. A dramatised account follows which depicts the attempt to evacuate an African village by soldiers under the orders of a corrupt Minister of the Environment. The main characters of the film, Koffi and Woulou Baba manage to deflect a confrontation by playing on the soldiers' fears of the villagers' fetishitic practices.
Made with the cooperation of the Benin army.
