The whimsical story of the adventures of two members of a theatrical company. The one sings in his sleep, accompanied by the appropriate Walter Mitty type situations. Unknown to him the other records the songs and sells them to a music publisher. It becomes a thriving business. Suddenly the source dries up. The man stops dreaming and singing and the other tries to re-stimulate the process. Situations becomes completely reversed, and the hit that results from it becomes an all time success when both confess their mutual duplicity.
